How long can I rent my unit?

As long as you want! Our units have a one-month minimum rental, but our easy month-to-month leases allow you to keep your unit anywhere from one month up to 10+ years!

How do I pay my rent?

Any way you'd like! We take cash, check, money order, direct bank transfer, and Visa, MasterCard, and Discover*. You can sign up for auto-bill, pay online, in-person, over the phone, via mail, or via our dropbox.

(*Card payments incur $3 convenience fee.)

What if my unit is too big or too small?

No worries, you can easily rent an additional unit or transfer units anytime! To avoid this though, we recommend stopping by for a visit before you rent, to see some different unit sizes in-person and pick the size you'll need! Plus--we'd love to meet you!

What is due at the time of rental?

We collect one month's security deposit, the one-time admin fee ($20), and we always pro-rate your rent if the date of the rental is after the first of the month!

Do I need climate-control?

Not if you store with us!

Because we constructed our units using top-grade materials, using a "shed" instead of "crate" design, you'll find that our units, while not climate-controlled (requiring costly humidity and temperature monitoring systems), are climate-consistent!

Our buildings don't experience the huge temperature fluctuations that the typical self-storage building would. This way, we provide the perfect combination of affordability and climate-consistency. 

It's just one more way we did storage BETTER!

Do you offer insurance?

Yes! We make sure everyone's belongings are insured while they are in storage! Simply provide documentation of an existing policy covering off-site storage, or use one of our policies starting as low as $9/month.
